I have been having a severe headache consistently for almost 3 weeks now. Pain in temples and also my neck mainly. I have no other symptoms except my head feels heavy and my eyes feel hard to keep open (not sure if that’s sinus pressure or sensitivity to light I can’t tell). I have Long Covid, chronic sinusitis and possibly migraine syndrome but this feels totally different and my headaches never hurt so bad for this long! Idk what to do
