What do you do to lose weight with PCOS/Pre-Diabetes?

      Weight loss is 75% diet and only 25% exercise. I've been losing weight for 3 months, 9 lbs a month, and have done zero exercise. I am pre-diabetic, also have arthritis, and an undiagnosed joint condition that causes me a lot of pain. I highly recommend a vegan and gluten free diet to kick start the weight loss!
