Tips for staying healthy with PCOS and weight gain

I’ve noticed i’ve started gaining weight and i really want to make sure i can stay healthy before it goes too far— i know losing weight can be very difficult with PCOS. do you have any simple and effective habits that i could build to stay healthy?

I've taken sugar out of my diet like the literal sugar you buy in bags. It's been helpful

I've managed to cut way down on dairy, gluten, and sugars. I haven't lost a ton yet, but I haven't gained any at all. My bloat is down, and I feel less moody/fatigue/joint pain. I do have arthritis and ADHD, and have gone through other med changes recently, also, but I feel like my diet changes have helped.
