Staying hydrated is the big number one. I've been on a no dairy no gluten low sugar low carb diet for a little over half a year and I've lost over 40 pounds. I also recommend for exercise light cardio. You don't want to over stimulate your adrenal glands it'll make your symptoms worse. And I know it's hard but back to the dieting you really need to look out for the snacking especially since we are going into the holidays.

I think you just need to find some kind of sports activity that you like, which is close to your house or easy to get to- that way you can commit to the process… in terms of diet, I’ve been avoiding carbs after 6pm, drinking lots of water, and eating lots of vegetables.
