It's so hard. You have to be active and lower your carbs.

I was havinh trouble losing weight even though I was following a pretty strict diet. My endocrinologist put me on Phentermine and I've lost 30 pounds in a little over 3 months.

@mandabean do you have high BP and how much do you weigh when you were put on it?

I’m personally vegan and try to only eat whole wheat, plus I try not to eat too much sugar and I lift weights. This has changed how my body feels definitely. Your body process food better when you have muscles so your metabolism is more sensitive to insulin :) you burn calories easier. But there’s tons of other exercises that help pcos that you can look up for your goal! And eating foods that help your body not be inflamed/spike your blood sugar also make it easier to lose weight. Not saying go vegan 🥴 but look up the stuff that can hurt you and see if you can lessen those is a good start. 🔆honestly when I focus on toning instead of weight loss I feel better. I look better it’s obvious despite what the scale says🔆 this has been a gem for me. Whenever I gain weight or the scale doesn’t move I can still look in the mirror and see changes
