I’m going to be remodeling an rv by myself. I tend to get hyper fixated on painting/crafting and the last time I remodeled an rv I hyperfixated on it as well. How do y’all remind yourself to take a break and not blow through 8 straight hours and forget to eat? I don’t have to worry about the heat because I have an ac unit installed already so I will be more likely to not stop for a break. I also am worried about not getting enough sleep since I know I’m not going to finish in a day, it will bother me that I didn’t finish and it will be all I can think about.

"Taking breaks is key to not stressing yourself out more. You don’t have to get all of it done at once because you still made progress either way no matter how small and that’s a big deal. Also, consider taking weekend getaways so you can have a break. It doesn't have to be fancy, just a night or two away to recharge."
