i have no motivation to do anything anymore. i am so tired from doing the smallest activities. i do work full time but it leaves me so unbelievably exhausted every day. in result, i sleep too much and have to nap for a couple hours every day. i no longer have any interest in doing anything but sleeping and it’s making me feel worthless. i want to do art again but i just have no drive. any advice?

Put things you can work on next to your normal resting ( besides bedtime bed if you can) I’ve seen people make carts full of food, drinks and activities they enjoy! Also find people to talk about your internet will. It make it easier to want things
I’ve personally tried paint by numbers. The art is drawn out so I just have to paint the colors in, so it’s a bit helpful because sometimes being creative is just too hard. It’s also nice because the paints dry quickly, and you can stop in any place without losing your progress so if you start to struggle with being tired you can take a break. Amazon has a bunch of really pretty options too, and you can get 4 packs.
