Yes! I second the getting away thing. Even if it's in a cabin in a campground for a few nights or if you have the money you can do it for a week. One close by that you can still go to work. Or you can set up an all screen tent outside and put a fan out there if it's hot and hang there for a few hours a day.

In 2010 a small plane hit our house. It was a total construction site for 6 months. Our insurance paid for a rental house for us & for me staying away from the construction was key. Construction was 98% finished when we moved back in & I kept busy unpacking boxes & settling the house again. You should probably consider taking weekend getaways so you can have a break. It doesn't have to be fancy, just a night or two away to recharge. When you are feeling overwhelmed try going out, even just to walk the mall for a few hours. Don't have to spend anything, just get away from the chaos. If Construction noise is getting to you try playing music or pink noise to help mask it. When we had a new roof put on the pink noise helped more than white noise. If there is an area that is not disturbed try going there to relax. Construction is stressful, you have to find a suave you can go to relax & get away from it. Just keep in mind that it won't last forever & your house will be beautiful when it is done.
