I get overwhelmed whenever I try to clean or do tasks I guess I'd like to see if anyone has anything that helps with that

Basic advice, but you can always try making a list and taking lots of rest breaks in between tasks. Do them in order of what’s most important and don’t forget to stay hydrated!
I always try and start with the task that is the smallest or least overwhelming and work up to the big ones. Also taking breaks is key to not stressing yourself out more. You don’t have to get all of it done at once because you still made progress either way no matter how small and that’s a big deal
