Something that helped me is to have a TV show I only watch while walking on the treadmill or something
I use this this app called Habitica! It makes it into a game, and if your into stuff like that it’s been super helpful for me

What helped me a lot was to watch my comfort show when I exercised. I love Star Trek so watching it when I ran made it so much more bareable. I looked forward to being able to watch the show, the running was just also there
Yes! An accountability partner has been HUGE for me. I’d be willing to help ya out as I could always use more accountability people!
i say having a friend or someone to hold you accountable or having a playlist/podcast that you only listen to when you workout so you get excited to go
