    Start just walking. Two walks a week then slowly increase to more. That's how I got started. Doesn't have to be fast pace, just getting up and moving makes a difference.

    I try to call a friend while I go on walks. It normally just makes me happier and then more motivated to walk

    Also I've been trying to do short workouts (under 10 mins) from apps on my phone, it's been helping a bit, bc as long as I'm wearing a bra, it doesn't matter when I'll do the workout.
