I second the idea of finding a podcast(s) that really interest you, and lose yourself in that while walking. Remember, it only takes 2 weeks to create a healthy habit, so make yourself do it for 2 weeks, and next thing you know, you’re on autopilot.

I periodically change my route and try to get in a little something different to look at and like some of the other folks I add music to my walk as well
