How to start exercising again after gaining 20 pounds? Used to be really athletic and do 3 sports, now am blob of fat. I hate my body and don’t have any motivation..

Find a buddy that will hold you accountable and do exercises that you enjoy or calm you. Start with going on walks with a friend and move to other things if you like. Just make it fun. Good luck 😊
I’d say the most important thing is just starting. Anything is better than nothing. If you’re familiar with a certain way of working maybe start there if you’re able. Making a schedule and routine was helpful for me. An accountability partner might be beneficial too, someone to check in and see how you’re doing exercise wise sometimes.
