My therapist thinks I have ptsd but it’s undiagnosed. I want to move past my trauma but it always regurgitates itself and I’m tired. I don’t know how to feel human anymore, or who I am specifically. I was traumatized at a young age persistently, and I wish I knew who I was and I wish the trauma didn’t shape me. I don’t know how to heal/ get better.

      With my PTSD, it tooks me years of meeting with my therapist every week and working through all that had happened. There will be both ups and downs but in my experience, steadily working through it with someone you trust can really help

      Look into shadow work, it's guided journaling, it's helped alot, specifically inner child shadow work
