Why is it so hard to find people in this world who won't take advantage of us with Anxiety, Depression, and PTSD?

in my experience, people don’t understand things until they’ve gone through them and felt it themselves. which unfortunately means that the people who got dealt better life circumstances are usually the ones who can lack empathy. the people who have been through more in life usually have more empathy because they know what it’s like to feel the lowest, and don’t want other people to have to suffer in that way. which can lead to people like us with PTSD, depression, etc., getting taken advantage of. We extend the kindness to others that we desperately wish they would give back to us. and because they lack empathy, or don’t understand, or just suck, it’s easier for them to take advantage of us without having guilt or remorse. they don’t know how it feels, so they don’t really care. that’s just been my experience. it’s hard to think about, but sadly I’m okay with that as long as my loved ones don’t have to hurt the way i have.
