Looking for Understanding

I feel like my family and friends never understand my mental illnesses and how much they impact me. They aren’t just things you can push through to do “normal” activities with people. Triggers from the trauma are not just made up things. I feel like my ptsd gets so intense sometimes and everyone expects me to just snap out of it. Or they compare my anxiety I’ve had since I was a kid to their random panic attack they had 1 time in their life.

The way I take a whole day to get something done that should take 30 minutes because a mixture of distraction, anxiety, and procrastination

How i can do something one day and then be unable to do thinks for the next few days ! They also think if i say i dont feel like coming over im just too lazy

My sensitivity. No one gets that unless you too are highly sensitive. I think those who have anxiety are also highly sensitive.
