Struggling with Depression and PTSD

I have no questions I just want to push some feelings out. Current events and life have been getting me down so badly recently. And what makes it worse is I really can’t turn to anyone but I don’t want to burden them. Also the older I get the more I realize that there is no way to “overcome” my depression or ptsd but living with them never gets any easier either. I was diagnosed with PTSD and depression before I was even a teenager. I’m 33 now. Will I ever really feel anything other than miserable?

I know it is hard. I have rough times and good times. Self care is important. I have a lot of PTSD, depression, and anxiety. I understand that finding "safe" people is very hard. If you want to chat, I'm happy to talk to you. You will not be a burden to me.

There are highs and there are lows but the most important thing to learn is to identify the lows and learn how to work through them and then to enjoy the highs. A low never means that you are doing worse or you aren't doing well it just means that for that second, minute, hour, day, week, month how ever long it takes you need to be kind to your mind and your body and give yourself the freedom to feel your feelings and worm through them instead of pushing them down.
