how do you guys find the motivation to do physical activities? i have physical therapy i’m supposed to be doing but it’s so difficult to find the motivation to do it :(

just leaving the house should honestly count as an achievement on its own. i like being able to say i went outside and walked around or went to the park all day. it makes me feel like i completed something. even if it was just going outside and getting some fresh air
if it’s a sunny day i want to go spend time outside bc getting a short amount of sun exposure regularly makes me feel better.
