Struggling with Sleep: Seeking Advice

Does any over the counter medication other than melatonin help you sleep? I can’t sleep without it and I’m starting to not be able to sleep with it. I take 10mg. I have epilepsy and my seizures are triggered by lack of sleep but my anxiety keeps me up and I’m restless. Any advice would help. Thank you.

      I have been taking Glycine and these little chocolates from sprouts with Gaba and L theanine. It has been an absolute game changer. Im terrified of side effects too. This has helped me so much I can't even tell you. Also can you eat spinach?

      It’s sounds like you have insomnia. I would recommend going to a psychiatrist to get sleeping pills. Ambien and lunesta have worked best for me. You could try taking a Benadryl at night but it stops helping after a week or so. Over the counter stuff never really worked for me :/

        @Weds I can’t take Benadryl because of my seizures :(. I’m about to start antidepressants again, I’ll ask about those meds
