Yes, sound machine . I like the rain sound. When I wake up inmidddle of night I may have trouble going back to sleep, I take .25 Xanax. Works for me

I take Doxepin. Not habit forming and not a narcotic.

Meditation helps me but Ambien has become my friend. Some nights nothing works.

Hello! I am sorry to hear that. My PCP told me to start taking magnesium glycinate (it’s a supplement) and it’s helped to regulate my sleep significantly. It is a pretty large pill so just be careful taking it and have water with you!

I take Doxepin. Safe and not addictive. Check it out. Needs prescription.

I’ve had trouble sleeping for most of my life. I live in a state where medical marijuana is legal, so there’s that but I also take a lot of melatonin
