I’ve been working on myself as much as I can however I have moments where past events and even my current situation with my Anxiety, Panic Attacks it’s been very very difficult to manage and recently my OCD has begun to get a little out of control.

Hello! I also struggle with panic disorder, personally, what helps me with my panic attacks is getting active or smelling calming scents (lavender, sweet scents) i hope this helps you atleast a little 💕remember your not alone in this hard time
@Tini Thank you I truly appreciate that so much, do you by any chance have any recommendations for any lavender scented things like maybe a specific oil brand/candles/etc.? :)
@Galaxy22 im not sure what there called but there are these little tablets of lavender scents that you can buy and put in necklaces so whenever you feel anxious it’ll be there on you all the time, they have alot of different scents too its been awhile since ive had them so im sorry i cant think of the name :((
