      Therapy! & also, telling myself repeatedly that I’m alright and everything around me is okay. Whenever I’m in a panic, or an OCD attack, I tell myself this. It’s really helped, I know it’s not for everyone, but to at least trying to block out the thoughts have helped me significantly
