If I'm at work, I ground myself by focusing outward. I have a "smell cloth" that has drops of aromatherapy oil on it. My current favorite home "fidget' is one of those sequin pillows that you can change color.

Journaling can be really helpful. Listening to music is good too.

aromatherapy!! buy a big giant nice-smelling candle and light it when you're anxious. put all your energy into focusing on the smell and how the light from the flame moves around with the slightest breeze

When I'm feeling anxious I take my anti-aniexty meds and um if I rock back and forth or bounce my legs up and down or rub my hands together I don't seem as anxious .

I’m just starting out meditation it was amazing, try doing it as a preventative measure and not while you’re anxious as it will be harder. Deep breathing exercises, about 5-10 minutes a day. I also like listening to asmr before going to sleep and journaling when I’m feeling anxious. I also downloaded some fidgeting apps that help with anxiety, my favorite one is Tappy.

I journal and listen to music. Sometimes I listen to the sounds of the ocean. 😊
