I hate to be one of those ~as an empath~ people but it’s gotten to a point where I’m carrying others’ emotions so much that it’s detrimental to my own mental health. Can anyone offer suggestions?

Hello, hope all is well Here’s something that has worked for me. Finding professional help, a mentor, a Licensed therapist. Sometimes you just need to talk it out, and sometime people close to us may. It have all the answered or the skills to help us jump over those feelings. In the realm of holistic wellness: taking long salt baths, finding an energy worker to help cut emotional cords. Remember to always take time for yourself if you haven’t yet. And remember that those aren’t your feeling, you are only soaking them up and that you have the power to release them. Hope this helps 💕
