My anxiety is getting bad, I’m literally pulling my hair out again. But the thing is I’m aware depressive and my situation that’s making me feel this way is temporary- I just don’t know how to deal.

My favorite quick method for anxiety that you can do anywhere is breathing exercises. They're not only helpful for panic attacks, but anxiety too. My favorite type to do is breathe in for 4 seconds, hold it for 4 seconds, and exhale for 4 seconds. If that one doesn't help you, you can look up other ways to do it too!

I'm so sorry. I understand what you're going through. My anxiety can get so bad I'm practically tearing away at my skin and yanking on hair. Just try and realize when you need a break, and if you can, take one. Even just resting your head for a few seconds or having a cup of tea can help, in my personal experience. It may be different for you, however, so just try and accommodate things to your own needs! Much love, hope things get better 💕
