Can't Shake Off My Anxiety Today

I am so sorry you are going through this. There was a time when my anxiety was so bad it never stopped. All day, all night. Every day! All I did was cry because of how horrible anxiety is and my depression was sneaking in and out on top of that. I spent 5 days in a stress center. Those places are fun. 🙄 Idk if you are on meds or if you go to therapy for your anxiety, but I strongly suggest at least the therapy. Good luck. I'm always here to talk.

I live with panic and anxiety everyday of my life and I feel like it runs my life because it limits what I can do and how I do it I can go shopping or family outing’s and I will pack up and leave out the blue because I get flight or right and I can’t tolerate people staring at me and I think I’m being talked about or I’m not oddball or just anything to make me think some thing and I’ll leave does anyone else experience this or if it’s time to go to a doctors appointment up until the time you walk and get ready and get dressed to go out the door you turn around and go back home because you’re scared to walk in there or when you’re driving in the car by yourself you panic that somethings going to happen I live my life like this every minute every day something Hass to change
