Hi everyone! I’m a 23 y/o woman. I struggle with anxiety, anemia, IBS-C, and excoriation disorder/Dermatillomania. I don’t have a specific question but just wanted to make myself available for anyone like me who wants to chat :)

Hey! I am also a 23 yo woman! Something a friend told my to do when I feel an urge is to fiddle with a rubber band and either flick it or just mess with it in my hands. I don’t have a derm. diagnosis, but my main SH spots are my hands and legs, so this tip helped keep my hands busy.

Hi! I’m also a 23 yo woman with anxiety and I’ve been really struggling with my dermatillomania lately. My main hot spot is my arms, so I’ve been wearing long sleeves 24/7 but even that doesn’t always help. Any advice would be so appreciated 😅
