Hi I’m a 20yr old fem nb with type 1, and mental health struggles. I’ve also dealt with hormonal issues and chronic pain around my cycles. My T1D is extremely well managed but my skin picking and mental health stuff is very bad. Not sure what help to seek most doctors haven’t even heard of dermatillomania. I’m on Prozac for it right now but it hasn’t helped so I’m going to ask my doctor about trying something new.
