My anxiety and depression are through the roof to the point where my physical health is at an all time low idk what to do I have health anxiety as well were I'm freaking out constantly every day is a struggle my minds heavy and my body feels like its falling apart

      I know how you feel. Ive been like fhat for months and its hard to focus on your wellbeing if your not mentally wanting to basically do anything. Inbox me if you like. We all need someone even if its just to vent.

      Right with you ! I've started zoloft 2 weeks ago. Helping with the panic attacks but not my thoughts yet. Hoping that will change the longer I take it. Your not alone. Alot of us are struggling with this.

      Are you in therapy? Are you on medications to help? If not, please find some help. I know when you’re anxious and depressed it’s really difficult to make yourself take that step but it’s worth it. Hope things improve for you soon 💕

      Hey, these times and cycles are tough. I can check on you daily if it'd ease your mind? I would recommend slightly changing your diet and exercising even 2 times a week,it'll be a total gamechanger for both mind and body,I promise.
