I hope this helps a little at least. I have problems of my own but the way I deal with them on a daily basis is one problem at a time. Can’t take them all at once or you will never accomplish anything. One at a time. I get out of bed every morning both feet to the floor, take a big sigh of breath and as I exhale I start to think which problem I will tackle first. It will be ok just ( BREATH )
