Worried About My Declining Health

I'm having this problem too but it's specifically my anxiety and physical health that's getting worse. I don't know how to fix it but maybe we can figure out what to do together. Like maybe taking breaks when needed so we don't become burnt out. And if we feel like our bodies can't take it then we take it easy. Little steps like that I think would be in the right direction
