hey! I'm just here to post and see if there's others out there going through the same he$# as me. I've got so much going on now I literally feel like I'm at the end of my rope and this is making my anxiety and depression skyrocket. I'm mainly just needing friends now and needing to know I'm truly not as alone as I feel. :/

      You're never alone with this stuff, it's just you're brain trying to trick you into believing the worst about yourself ❤️ and brains can be surprisingly stupid! If you can, try to remind yourself of the good in your life (and dont tell me theres no good, theres ALWAYS something if you let yourself see it). Find a happy thought like something small you achieved today, sometimes its just getting out of bed and eating something 🙃, and let that be the thing that echos in your head, instead of whatever thing your brain is trying to tell you this time. These feelings don't last forever, but I know it feels like eternity when you're in the middle of it. Stay strong!

      Hang in there. You are not alone. Earlier I felt like I was going to pull my hair out which would be hard considering I'm bald. I hope you are feeling better.

      Hello everyone! Virtual hugs! 🤗 I am not glued to my phone, so I am not on here much. I do stream games on Twitch from my Xbox though. I go by RubyCoronam if anyone wants to hang out while I am live. Not tryna promote myself. Just throwing it out as another avenue than just this app.
