Kinda need help. I’m not really diagnosed but I’m 98% sure i have ADHD. I can’t rely on caffeine all day but it’s all I can take for me to focus and makes life so much easier. I’ve died my hair, i’ve pierced myself, i’ve done so much to try to lift my dopamine levels. My girlfriend spent the night and when she left, i laid down. I was like idk empty or something? Like there was no excitement anymore, and it was so boring and sad and everything got messy. For the time being, until before i get diagnosed and prescribed meds, what can I do to lift my levels, because this… really sucks haha. (Can’t really go to the gym rn… no car)

Matcha green tea products (ice cream, cookies, etc. Lates) or traditional. Is good it's got l-theanine a natural sedative. But it has more caffeine than coffee without jitters or a crash when you come down. Its lust slowly peeters out of you.

I love MCT oil for energy! You can put it your coffee in the mornings and in any other drink thought the day if you need more energy without the crash and you can sleep later. It's great!

even if you can’t go to the gym body weight workouts are enough to raise dopamine levels. try taking magnesium and vitamin d
