Green tea has caffeine in it and is used as a natural stimulant without the side effects of coffee. I drink 3 servings of matcha powder a day to help me.

I take a lions mane mushroom supplement every night and put magnesium in my coffee. It helps with mood control, and it seems to have helped with the motivation issues I have bc of adhd. Ik it helps bc I took it for 2 months and then stopped taking it and there's definitely a difference. It takes a month to build up in your system so there aren't immediate results

Well it’s a bit extreme but when I did Ayahuasca my symptoms went away. Like almost completely and I consider myself a pretty extreme case. It was pretty miraculous! Completely stopped taking my medication. That is until I got covid that turned into long covid. Had to start taking meds again to function. If you want more info I’m an open book. Just finished my second Aya retreat three days ago.

One natural remedy mentioned for ADHD is AddallXR, which contains herbal ingredients like bacopa monnieri, known for its potential benefits in memory, focus, and cognitive function. Another option is Zenbiome Cope, which has saffron, proven to be effective in treating ADHD. However, it's essential to consult a healthcare professional before making any changes to your medication or trying new supplements.
