do you guys have any natural ways to boost energy and focus? im not sure if its adhd or my anxiety but i am tired of sleeping all day. coffee or energy drinks just make me even more tired and sleeping all day makes me feel more depressed :(

      vitamin D and vitamin B12!!! you can take them as supplements or try to incorporate foods into your diet that are high in these vitamins. It honestly really helps to take them in a consistent basis. Also try to get outside or get active- it’s hard but even a casual walk can really boost your mood and energy

      Honestly I would just try and do some exercise maybe. Foods that give you more energy might help

      Hey! I have quite a problem with lacking energy and sleeping all day too. I like the taste of coffee but it makes me super nauseous. Chai is a good alternative! If you have trouble sleeping you could talk about insomnia meds or daytime-tiredness meds.

      I also take vitamin B12 but not sure if it helps or not. Worth a try.

      Sleeping during the day usually makes me feel worse honestly. Sleeping at night is always better when possible

      For me I find myself getting super sleepy when I’m either under or over stimulated so I have to change up the amount of time I spend on different activities. This looks like more frequent breaks, chunking activities and changing up the types of activities I do every 45 min or so.

      I’m also always crazy tired! If I don’t set an alarm on any given day I’ll sleep around 12-14 hours. And I’m still tired. Every single day, all the time. I really feel this.
