Hi I'm undiagnosed adhd but seem to tick a lot of boxes. My main problem is I find it really difficult to retain any kind of information. I'd like to learn about different things in life but I can't retain what I'm learning. Is there anything maybe supplement wise that could help? Thanks

https://www.nccih.nih.gov/health/providers/digest/adhd-and-complementary-health-approaches-science Here's a comprehensive review of the research for a wide variety of supplements. Most of the research is inconclusive because there haven't been enough studies done. However, the studies that have been done have shown that supplements don't measure up to stimulant medications like methylphenidate (Ritalin).

One suggestion from the provided content is to write down important information, recite it, and say it out loud to yourself when you can to tell your brain the information verbally. This could help with retention. Another suggestion is to divide bigger tasks into smaller ones and write a checklist, rewarding yourself when you complete them. Exercise, such as high intensity cardio and lifting weights, was also mentioned as helpful. However, no specific supplements were mentioned in the context provided.
