i try to think of one thing that im even slightly excited for or try to treat myself to motivate myself. for example, i think about the fact that i can play video games after college or get some food after. try to fill your days with little things that will motivate you to get the next little thing. hope this helps!

My therapist helped me greatly with this. Everyone is different, though I’m hoping some of these may help not only with motivation, but perhaps aid in getting your sleep schedule back on tract; • Limiting blue light to around an hour before bed. • Listening to sleep music or guided relaxations in bed. • A small exercise in the morning can increase endorphins, wake your body, and get your blood flowing. Will also help your body wind down later in the evening. • A small to do list. Checking things off and being aware of progress you’ve made triggers motivation in the brain. Doesn’t have to be anything grand, either. Sometimes just starting off making your bed can set the mood for a productive day. Gentle encouragement to yourself can go a long way. Don’t force yourself to rush; there isn’t a race to get through the day. It’s seems your body is needing the rest. Perhaps write down the things that may have been wearing you down? And when you have energy, figure out ways to cope that suit you. Hopefully that will reduce the amount of stress on your mind and body.
