Start small. They're focusing on the big things. You feel upset and unmotivated well start a simple routine. When I wake up I text my favorite person to immediately put a smile on my face. When I need to get motivated? I drink tea. Caffeine free. Caffeine can mess negatively with your mental health. I've been trying recently to eat healthy, trying to make myself meditate after every shower and open my chakras. I'm focusing on self care. Start simple. Big changes can be hard to sustain and be worse in the long run. Open your curtains in the morning and welcome the light in.

I love that, I always end up getting unmotivated and give up. I will definitely try these!

Something that helps me is having everything in one place so that I'm not constantly wandering around. Also, as I learn I watch videos and listen to music. It drowns out distractions and helps me focus on what I'm doing.

A very small thing I do but helps me TONS in the morning is setting out my outfit the night before so I don't get even more stressed trying to tofigure it out the next day. Also, making sure the items you need are together. For me for example I make sure my headphones are charged and somewhere I will easily see them since they help prevent meltdowns for me

this is what I do too. I’m so much more stressed in the morning when I have to pick out clothes/pack my bag as well as everything else in the morning. Just makes it easier having that part done.
