I usually have something I look forward to during the day. Like if you have plans with your best friend. Then it dose make it a little easier. Or reward for small things like getting out of bed will get me something I enjoy as a treat like food, or nice hot shower, something that you look forward to even with small rewards in the process make it easier as well.

I used to roll slowly and carefully off the bed. I wouldn't want to be on the floor, so I'd get up. Some days, that was too much, so I tried getting some of me off the bed- ie a leg and an arm. Just to show myself "it's okay". Find something that you need to get up for- the bathroom, a glass of water, a charger for your phone, earbuds, etc. It's okay if you stand for 30 seconds and say "I'm over this" and lay back down, because it is 30 seconds more than before.

Remember it's ok to live for little things, like watering your plants, feeding your dog, making dinner for a partner, eating donuts, sitting in the sunlight, etc. Nothing is ever too small to enjoy.
