I am on low dose of Revlimid and am 5 years from Bone Marrow Transplant. I feel like the other shoe is going to drop the further I get from magical 5 year life expectancy. How do you relax and not think about it so much.

My Grandmother’s mother died from cancer at 65, so my Grandmother thought she would die at the same age. Every time she came to visit we would cry because she said she was going to die soon. She died at 87 years old. What if she just enjoyed each day instead?

let's be real, that's just a number! It’s been 15 years after diagnosis. Just take good care of yourself, be happy, stay positive and keep living your best life

Please be positive. Remember, our body is capable of amazing things, and you've already proven that. Try to reframe your thinking, instead of 'when will the other shoe drop?', ask yourself 'What can I do today to make myself feel good?.......stay blessed hun

"Do not overthink! Try to live your life to the fullest!! that quote (Live like you are dying) and be around the people that you love and that love you. Get out and do things as much as you can. Do not put your plans & goals on hold!!! Our lives are not over yet!! and we need to keep on living and pushing!! I find that I have the hardest time at night. I’m a single mom so when I’m alone before bed that is when I tend to have anxiety the most. I’m looking into getting my medical marijuana card because I do not like taking Klonopin that they prescribed me for anxiety."
