How to Stop Night Terrors as an Adult?

I have had night terrors since I was 8. They just recently put me on Prazosin (not sure that's spelled right) and it has made a huge difference in my life.

I don't know it has to do with your family, did any of your family have horrible trauma(you don't have to talk about it) or something to cause them to have horrible nightmares/night terrors. I have them and don't even know what get them I wake up some nights just sitting straight up or jumping out of bed, I scream in my dreams and don't remember anything it's weird
