I’ve got Night terrors from a traumatic event with my ex husband. I’ve hit my husband in my sleep and given him Bl͏a͏c͏k eyes. They’ve put me on sleep medications. I’m on Trazadone currently. It’s worked for me. Actually they just cut it in half. And I’m still doing okay.

I also had night terrors and was diagnosed with PTSD from a fall where I was by myself and had to crawl though mud and snow to get back in the house. I had broken my ankle. After suffering with the night terrors for a few months they put me on Escitalopram. They soon stopped. I am still on them. It’s been about four years. Not had any bad events since. I had been going through a lot of stress with my elderly parents and a cancer diagnosis. Stress I believe is the main cause. I also got some Psychiatric sessions which really helped to talk about it. My life is back to pretty much normal I am so grateful
