How can I train myself to stop having such big emotional reactions to minor inconveniences and random stuff? I cry about everything! Whether good, bad, everything. Music and movies make me cry for gods sake. I was charged $100 for a no show fee at physical therapy and I bawled my eyes out.

I am like this as well. I don't know if this would help or not since everyone is different. But I like to talk to myself when I know I'm about to go into a panic attack or start bawling. I say things like "Hey, you're okay. This will soon pass and everything will settle down, this is something simple and there's no need to panic" I know it sounds cheesy but it really works for me, and I also practice breathing exercises as I talk to myself. Sometimes I just need to explain exactly what is happening and let myself know to slow down and that it's okay, that way I don't feel so overwhelmed about things.

I can’t really say for sure since I have the same issue.

@LovelyMads that is the best advice I've seen for this, thank you for sharing. I'm going to try to use this.
I can cry at the drop of a hat! But I can also go from 0-60 in like . 2 seconds flip out!
@PrincessPosty I just start having a panic attack instead of flipping out lmao
