Monday I woke up with severe dizziness but thought I could still drive to work…but nope had to pull over and have someone get me. I was dizzy the rest of the day. The next day I was fine. Now the last 2 days I’ve been having off and on dizzy spells. The dizziness sometimes causes my neck and shoulder to hurt on the right side. And today I’ve noticed my neck tingling. Could I possibly be a pinched nerve? The dizziness gets really bad when ever I move my head.

One user mentioned experiencing severe vertigo due to cervical spine degeneration, which required surgery to relieve pressure on the spinal cord. They also experienced periods of dizziness lasting from 1 hour to three weeks, with neck deterioration being a possible cause. However, it's essential to consult a medical professional for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment options.
