Yup, really bad. First 5-6 years I never had it. Now I've been dealing with it for a little over a year. I have learned for me when I feel it come on I have to slow down and make my self rest. If I dont then it just gets really bad. Walking at a very slow pace. When standing up from sitting/laying or bending over I go extremely slow when I feel it come on. If I dont then I start seeing black where I am about to pass out. Also I've noticed when Im anxious or really stressed it makes it worse or brings it on at times. Now that I am managing it I will be dizzy for a couple days tops versus 3-6 weeks.

Today for sure. I've had stress for 2 days, and the nausea and dizziness came today when I've tried to come to peace with everything.
