I am new to this platform, and hoping I can find some others with similar symptoms. I have been experiencing neck pain, stiffness and pressure in my head, along with persistent dizziness/lightheadedness for over 1 year. I also have other chronic pain along with it. Can anyone relate? I have tried every specialist I can think of and am really struggling. It feels like the pressure and dizziness is coming from my neck and spine, and is resolved by laying down. I am so desperate for relief.
