Feeling Dizzy: Any Advice?

yesterday afternoon, I was having a relaxing afternoon playing Animal Crossing. When all of the sudden I got dizzy, the entire day and today I've been feeling vertigo. Anyone ever felt like this, any idea what I can do to stop it?

Sounds like maybe a migraine or eye strain?

maybe a migraine, but my head doesn't hurt and I've never had any of those. And if it was something like those I would assume to feel better by know. Honestly don't know. 🤦‍♀️

I feel that way at times but it’s not vertigo for me I just get random motion sickness even if I’m not moving. I just take whatever otc medication that starts with a d I believe and a nausea pill n fill relief within 10-15 minutes.

You need to invest in blue light blocking glasses to wear while having screen time they will help with the eyestrain and you will be able to sleep better

That could be anything, from medication side effect to bradycardia to eyestrain. I get lightheaded a lot and just relax till it passes. Sometimes a snack helps

I had a similar experience last summer, for the whole month of July. It would come and ago. I could tell when a spell was about to happen. I was dehydrated. I came home and chugged a couple bottles of water and was fine
