I'm at my wits end. I've been dating a girl for six months, everything has been great between the two of us, until a week ago when i had another breakdown in my jobs parking lot before my shift and I ended up going home instead. since then, I've been splitting and found out last night my gf said she thinks it's best if I move back home (I moved states to be with her) and start back to mental health appointments and get my meds right. but the BPD that loves chiming in, tells me she's another person that is using an excuse to get me away from them without directly telling me because I'm too much or I don't react in a good way. I've had people in my past do that or string me along making me think everything is okay when in reality they despise me. I'm tired of hurting like this and pushing people away. I don't want to lose my girlfriend and the life we've been building to my mental illness...

Sorry you're going through this. I am going through something similar, and I too have BPD. I know it's not the answer we want to hear š but you know how important therapy and medications are for us. I get it, sometimes I feel like I'm wasting my time, but I've stuck with my therapy and meds for 8 consistent months now, and looking back I can definitely see the difference. Living with BPD is hard, but hang in there, I promise it gets better.ā¤ļø
