https://activebeat.com/your-health/borderline-personality-disorder-12-common-symptoms-and-causes/ This is a good place to find some information to share with your partner. I have only recently been diagnosed with it and this has been such a great help explaining to my partner what is happening in my brain and body.

First of, i am very sorry you are feeling like this. Have you spoken to your partner? Explained to them that when you are having your breakdowns, its not necessarily because of something they did? BPD as recently been renamed to a more appropriate term "imiture emotional regulation disorder ".

@Phsyce i have talked with them, i always explain it’s never their fault even if it’s like something they said it’s not what they said it’s how my brain took it, but he still takes on guilt and stuff and i worry about making him feel unsafe around me
