i'm sensing that im headed for some sort of psychotic break- there've been lots of warning signs for the past week and a half, and its just getting worse. i don't want to do this alone this time but no one irl will help me. any tips for staying afloat + getting past it quickly and safely as possible?

      Hello, I just recently had this experience a-swell. I second the journaling, I have what I call the “shadow” book that I keep all of my darker moments. If you’re an artist a-swell definitely do some art, I draw in manga/comic style and sometimes draw me as a being of light that conquers the shadows.

      Hi! even if whatever I say it’s not helpful, I’m here if you need to talk. A thing that usually helps me it’s try to journal (writing or recording). I also get myself kinda “focus” on something simple but distracting enough to be able to just focus on that. I’m currently kinda going through one, so if any of that doesn’t work out for you I’m here to talk
